Metal Forming & CAD/CAE

 Founded in 1988, the Metal Forming and CAD/CAE laboratory (MFCC) has been devoted to enhancing process design and control in metal forming, via application of MFCC’s state-of the-art technology to the related industries. The MFCC’s members are proud of their highly advanced finite elements simulation and optimization capability, which enabled a precision analysis of the detailed aspects of deformation, heat transfer, fluid flow, and phase transformation occurring in diverse metal forming, including flat rolling, shape rolling, forging, extrusion, and other forming practices such as continuous casting, wire production, and leveling.
